Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anito Connect ("Service"), operated by Daloy Tech Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anito Connect is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that connects to your business channels (Facebook Messenger, website chat widget, and more) and automatically handles customer inquiries, bookings, and sales using a knowledge base you configure. The Service includes automated booking management, product catalog and order management, lead tracking, conversation analytics, voice message transcription, marketing automation, transactional SMS notifications (e.g. booking confirmations and payment reminders), team member accounts with per-module permissions, and AI configuration tools. It uses the Meta (Facebook) Graph API, Google Gemini, OpenAI, PayMongo, Semaphore, and Supabase infrastructure. By enabling SMS features you confirm you have the right to have transactional messages sent to the customer phone numbers collected through your conversations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the business you connect to the Service. If you connect a Facebook Page, you must be a legal administrator of that Page. By using Anito Connect, you represent that you have the authority to manage the businesses and channels you link to the platform.

4. Facebook Platform Compliance

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Advertising Policies. You must not use the Service to send spam, misleading content, or violate the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Anito Connect to:

• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform
• Misrepresent pricing, availability, or business information through the AI
• Use the booking system to create fraudulent or misleading appointments
• Abuse the manual dashboard reply tools to send promotional marketing blasts to customers outside of the allowed Facebook messaging windows

6. AI-Generated Replies

Anito Connect uses AI to generate automated replies. You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing your AI configuration (including personality, guardrails, and knowledge base) and for all communications sent through your connected channels.

7. Bookings and Scheduling

The booking engine facilitates appointment scheduling between you and your customers. Anito Connect is not a party to any booking agreement. You are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments and managing cancellations. We are not liable for missed bookings, scheduling conflicts, or customer disputes arising from automated booking.

8. E-Commerce and Orders

Product catalog and order management features are provided as tools to facilitate sales. Anito Connect is not a party to any sale transaction. You are responsible for product accuracy, fulfillment, refunds, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge and agree that authorized Anito Connect administrators may occasionally access your account via secure impersonation tools strictly for the purposes of troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving support issues. All such access is logged and audited.

10. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by PayMongo, a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card or e-wallet credentials ourselves. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice, and failure to pay may result in service restriction or suspension. REFUNDS: subscription plans are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the payment date; add-on top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, because the added allowance is credited to your account immediately; and duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded regardless of the window. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through PayMongo, after which your account reverts to the Free plan with your data preserved. Refunds between your business and your own customers (for bookings or orders you take through the Service) are your responsibility, as described in Section 8.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the dashboard, which immediately pauses your AI and disconnects all your channels. Your data is then retained for 30 days before permanent deletion; you may contact us at support@daloytechsolutions.com to request expedited deletion within that window.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Daloy Tech Solutions makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, booking availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daloy Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue from missed bookings or incorrect AI responses.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Team Members

You may invite staff to your workspace and assign them per-module permissions. You are responsible for the actions your team members take through the Service and for promptly revoking access when it is no longer appropriate. Team members must also comply with these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
