Questions people ask before signing up
Do I pay for every reply?
No. We count each customer once a day, for up to ten replies from your assistant: enough to answer them, book them or sell to them, which most conversations need far fewer for. A longer conversation counts once more for each further ten. If that same person messages you again next week, that's one more.
What if someone comments, then messages me?
Still counts once. A comment and the chat it turns into are never counted twice.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. No commission, no per-booking fee — you keep 100% of every sale, and of every payment you collect.
Can it collect dues, rent or installments?
Yes, on every paid plan. Add your payers or upload your list, and it works out what each one owes, adds late fees by your own rule, and reminds them by chat, text or email. Emails and chat buttons are never counted; texts come with your plan (every text we send for you uses one, promotions by text too), and 250 more cost ₱299.
What happens if I run out?
You'll know long before it happens — we show it in your dashboard and email you at 80%. There's also a little extra built in, so nothing stops the second you hit the number.
