Data Deletion Instructions

Anito Connect respects your right to control your personal data. If you have connected a Facebook Page to Anito Connect and wish to have your data deleted, please follow the steps below.
What Data We Store
When you connect your Facebook account, Anito Connect stores:
- Your Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Your Facebook Page Access Token
- Your account email address
- Your business configuration (knowledge base, business hours, AI settings)
- Booking and appointment data (customer names, times, statuses)
- Product catalog and order data
- Logs of messages/comments processed by the AI (stored temporarily)
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Via Your Dashboard
- Log in at anitoconnect.com/dashboard
- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Disconnect Facebook Page" to revoke access
- Click "Delete My Account" to permanently remove all your data
Option 2 — Via Facebook Settings
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Anito Connect and click Remove
- Email support@daloytechsolutions.com to confirm full data deletion
Option 3 — Email Request
Send an email to support@daloytechsolutions.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your Facebook Page access tokens are permanently removed from our database
- Your knowledge base and business configuration are deleted
- All booking, appointment, and order data is permanently removed
- Your product catalog is deleted
- Your account credentials are purged from our authentication system
- AI reply processing for your pages ceases immediately
Note: We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics for service improvement purposes.
