Anito ConnectData Deletion Instructions
Anito Connect respects your right to control your personal data. If you have connected a business to Anito Connect and wish to have your data deleted, please follow the steps below.
What Data We Store
When you connect your Facebook account, Anito Connect stores:
- Your Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Your Facebook Page Access Token
- Your account email address
- Your business configuration (knowledge base, business hours, AI settings), including any historical Facebook conversation exports you chose to import
- Booking and appointment data (customer names, times, statuses)
- Product catalog and order data
- Payment proof screenshots/receipts and payment account details (e.g. GCash, Maya, or bank info) used to process bookings, orders, and your subscription via our payment processor, PayMongo
- Voice messages, transcribed to text by a speech-to-text service to generate replies
- Logs of messages/comments processed by the AI (stored temporarily)
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Via Your Dashboard
- Log in at anitoconnect.com/dashboard
- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Delete My Account" — this immediately disconnects all your channels and pauses your AI, then permanently removes all your data within 30 days
Option 2 — Via Facebook Settings
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Anito Connect and click Remove
- Email support@daloytechsolutions.com to confirm full data deletion
Connected a Page through an invitation, without an account?
- To stop the assistant on your Page: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Anito Connect, click Remove. The business that invited you can also disconnect it from their dashboard.
- We hold only your email address and the connection record, on that business's account — there is no account of yours to delete. To have the invitation record removed, email support@daloytechsolutions.com from the invited address.
You messaged a business that uses Anito Connect
If you have never had an Anito Connect account and only chatted with a business on Messenger or on their website, everything we hold about you is that conversation and what the assistant remembered from it, on that business's account.
- Fastest: on Facebook, open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Anito Connect and remove it, then use Send Request under data deletion. Facebook tells us immediately and the deletion happens automatically.
- Or email support@daloytechsolutions.com with the name of the business you messaged. We will confirm within 30 days.
- Given a confirmation code, you can check the status of a request yourself.
Your messages, anything the assistant remembered about you, your comments and any support ticket are deleted outright. Where you booked or ordered something, the business keeps its own record of the amount and the date for its books, with your name, contact details and Facebook identifier removed from it.
Option 3 — Email Request
Send an email to support@daloytechsolutions.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion
Immediately:
- AI reply processing for your pages ceases
- All your channel connections are disconnected (webhook subscriptions revoked)
- You are signed out of your account
Within 30 days:
- Your channel access tokens are permanently removed from our database
- Your knowledge base and business configuration are deleted
- All booking, appointment, and order data is permanently removed
- Your product catalog is deleted
- Your account credentials are purged from our authentication system
Note: We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics for service improvement purposes. Some third-party processors (e.g. our error-monitoring, AI, and payment providers) may separately retain limited technical logs for a shorter period under their own retention policies.
